
THE EVOLUTION OF HELLERFIT
Sports have always been a big part of my life but I didn’t truly find a passion for fitness until later on in life. Once I decided to leave my teaching career to focus on being a mom, I knew I had to find something for myself! What started as coaching moms pushing their babies in strollers quickly turned into something greater than I could have ever imagined!
HellerFit first launched in 2020 when I knew it was time for me to take a chance on myself! I was ready to structure a program to my liking, create my own workouts and build a community where women felt safe and comfortable to come workout.
Since launching HellerFit, and partnering with multiple local gyms in the area, I’ve been able to grow the business and run a consistent weekly schedule, build a membership program, hire coaches, and most importantly, connect with more athletes than ever before.
I’m excited to share that in the Fall of 2025, HellerFit established its most recent partnership with Team Speed to take things to the next level and expand our impact even further.
THE WORKOUTS
HellerFit is a uniquely designed group fitness program that incorporates a combination of strength training and cardio conditioning. Not one workout is like the other, which will keep your body and mind challenged. HellerFit’s program structure is setup so you can come 5 days a week and strategically hit each muscle group!
Our group fitness approach creates a positive, fun, and supportive workout environment of like minded individuals. Whether it’s day one in your fitness journey or year 5, you’ll be met where you are and pushed to your limits to ultimately build the best version of yourself.
